Sarah is a former competitive figure skater and as well a former member of the United States national team in rowing. She is a four-time national champion in rowing, and she represented the US for five years in both national and international competitions. She has worked with Daniil for four years, and as well acts as program director for the Cardinal Figure Skating School. She holds PSA ratings in both the group and freestyle categories. Sarah has a PhD in psychology, and in addition to coaching, teaches forensic psychology at Wesleyan University and Connecticut College.

Tatsiana was born in Minsk, Belarus. She began studying dance at the age of five in the Children’s Dance Company, and continued her studies of Russian Ballet at the Academy of Dance in Minsk. Tatsiana performed for fifteen years with the State Dance Company of Belarus. In 1997 Tatsiana was awarded a diploma from the State University of Fine Art and also a diploma from the State University of Pedagogy in Minsk, Belarus. She also received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a major in dance, and a Master of Arts degree in dance, specializing in choreography. Tatsiana began teaching ballet in the US in 2004. In 2015 she broadened her teaching focus to include figure skaters, with whom she works on artistry, choreography, and expression.
